Need something for the whole family? Mixed Age classes are designed for little ones at different developmental levels to make music together. Families build connection, grownups learn ideas for music exploration and play at home, and there’s room for everyone to grow.
Sometimes, the best learning happens when we’re all together. Mixed age classes allow families with siblings, neighbor groups of varying age levels, and anyone who’s drawn to the time slot to attend. Educators accommodate powerful and enjoyable music and movement activities for all stages of development, so that everyone is comfortable, engaged, and learning!
Deidra has been teaching music for 25 years. She has taught everything from voice to piano to musical theatre to Kindermusik. Her Kindermusik journey began in 2014. She has lived her entire life loving music and all of the joy it brings. Miss Deidra has a Bachelor of Music degree from Texas Tech University. She has been teaching music ever since. Child development is another passion of hers. Deidra has been married for 24 years and has 3 children. She loves every minute. Being a wife and Mom is the biggest honor and calling. She is excited to share her passion with you and believes that every child is inherently musical and will benefit from being involved in Kindermusik.

Kindermusik classes require a non-refundable registration fee which is in place to reserve your spot in class, cover administrative costs, and keep all class instruments and supplies up to date and ready for our Kindermusik families each week. The registration fee is once a year, beginning in August. There will be no refunds for missed classes, but you are always able to schedule a make-up class in one of our other classes during the week. Last, if at any time it becomes necessary for you to discontinue Kindermusik classes, please notify us with a minimum of 48 hours notice to stop future payments. If we receive notice after this time, your registration will continue until the following month and no refunds will be given. Thanks for your understanding in this matter.
